Signing of Memorandum of Agreement
between MS Integrity and Team Lakay 

On October 20, 2024, Angel Meneses and the team made their way from Manila to Benguet, La Trinidad, with the help of Dyxter Kylee, the founder of Sagadian Travel Tour. After nearly six hours of travel, they reached Benguet and checked into Bahay Bakasyunan. Later that evening, Angel Meneses met Mark Sangiao and his team at a restaurant to discuss the final details of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), which was set to be signed the following day.

On October 22, 2024, at 9:00 am, the team headed to La Trinidad Sports Complex to participate in the Grapplers Cup. As the event was coming to a close, the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOAA) took place. This event was witnessed by Mr. Eric Buckland and Ret. Colonel Raffy from MS Integrity Group. Additionally, Ms. Mary Jude Sangiao and Mr. Team Lakay were present to witness on behalf of Team Lakay.

The Memorandum of Agreement outlined that the parties involved would establish a foundation called TEAM LAKAY EXODUS FOUNDATION (TLEF). The foundation's purpose was inspired by the biblical principle of Barnabas, emphasizing training, holistic development, and support for communities.

TLEF’s vision is to become a recognized missionary organization on a global scale, showcasing a unique Filipino approach known as “Bayanihan.” This vision is backed by the mission to collaborate with stakeholders in developing and implementing inventive missionary projects that impact lives at local, national, and international levels, with the goal of promoting positive changes in communities around the world.
